On the 3rd October our annual Pumpkin and Beer Festival is back with a great selection and variety of beers, ales and pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, and live music.

In addition to the Pumpkin Competition we will again be having the "Vegetable Monster" Competition.
Design and create a scary monster or beastie from a vegetable or selection of veg.

We also have the Scarecrow Competiition!!!

There will be prizes for all competitions, so let your imaginations run wild. We hope to see you here!
Please get all competition entries to us before 2pm!

We will also have Pumpkin-based foods and treats including:
Pumpkin Soup, Pumpkin Pie & Cake, and Pumpkin Curry

This year's PUMPKIN & BEER FESTIVAL features music from Blind Yeo

Blind Yeo is a collective of musicians from Cornwall with a unique sound cooked in the vault of The Cornish Bank in Falmouth. Begun in the quiet and solitude of lockdown, the project came alive in a creatively explosive residency at the newly opened Bank in 2022, at the heart of a thriving underground Cornish scene; and has since grown into a psychedelic, kraut-y, folky, groove-heavy, shapeshifting band of collaborators – with no end in sight.

We also have at 2pm, theatre from HAND TO MOUTH

Hand To Mouth Theatre present “Piggery Jokery”, a whimsical perambulation through the seasons, touching on the circular nature of time, as told by the Green Man and his hurdy-gurdy playing Droning Crone and their troupe of rag-bag characters. There is plenty of laughter along the way as the old farmer tends his land and fattens his pig for the winter. Suitable for all ages from little acorns to old oaks.
